I, the artist, own all the rights to the art I create, and may use it for profit

All Commissions will be posted to my social media and may be used as various promotional material for me (including headers, profile pictures, etc.)

I may sell full resolution or .psd files, as well as prints of your Commission on Patreon, Gumroad or in real life (conventions, etsy shops), as well as other similar platforms.

Additionally I might compile your Commission into my portfolio or an artbook for future applications or sales.

Should you wish for your Commission to remain private, please add an aditional 30% to the final price.

You may use my art for any social media if you are a SMALL COMANY or INDIE. You can use my art for streams or videos on youtube, twitch or similar platforms. (these are monetized and that is OK, I consider this personal use.)

Please credit my work appropriately. You can either use one of my social media handles (twitter is preferred) or link directly to either my website or my social media.

You are not allowed to alter my art for use in Twitch emotes or any other kind of subscribtion based emotes. You also are not allowed to sell my art on merch, prints, etc. You are not allowed to use my art for any other direct profit either, otherwise it is considered commercial use.

For commercial use, please multiply the price of the commission by 2x. Commercial use is any direct profit made through, or off of my art (selling prints, putting it on merch, etc.). If you are a BIG COMPANY I also consider this commercial use.

If any of these rules are confusing to you, that is perfectly fine, I'm there to help and answer any potential questions!

After clarifying all the details, terms, and extra fees with you, I'm going to quote a price. If you accept, I will provide a PayPal invoice for you to pay with. Payment will be handled after you approved my sketches.

I try finishing my commissions as soon as possible, but generally like to reserve up to a month of time for it.

I will send you work in progresses as I feel is necessary and reasonable. You are welcome to ask me for updates though, that is totally ok with me. Please keep in mind though that I am generally pretty slow and won't always be able to show something new.

After I send the final drawing and you confirm everything is alright, I will send you a higher and a lower resolution version of the commission.

Please only share the lower resolution version online.

I don't give refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission.
